As a professional FTD florist, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order we deliver or send through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all FTD branded products.
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will send a replacement. All you need to do is notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. You may call, come in person, or email us.
Cancellations must be done within 2 hours of placing your order. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of a minimum of $10. There are no cancellations during the holiday weeks of Valentine's, Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas .
Changes to address information or incorrect address after the order has been placed resulting in a redelivery will be subject to a $10 charge.
No refunds on refused orders. No refunds on recieptants not home or not at work for delivery. Make sure recieptant will be home or at work during the day of the delivery date requested. We are not responsible if they are on vacation, etc.
